Your trainee program:

• Month 1 to 4: Customer advisor

You will work as an in-store customer service representative to master UNIQLO store floor standards and processes that include RFID checkout, omni-channel services, customer service, fitting rooms, deliveries, replenishment and more! We believe that as a leader, you must be a role model in these small but important tasks to create a unique customer experience while earning the trust of your team. In addition to on-the-job training, you will discuss your career aspirations with your COO, learn from successful leaders who started as UMC, and participate in people management workshops.

• Month 5 to 6: Supervisor

Now that you are a UNIQLO Shop Floor Master, you are ready for some leadership responsibilities! You will be expected to create and adjust your store team's daily work plan, conduct training, and provide feedback to achieve sales and customer satisfaction. You will begin your training as an Operations Manager and take responsibility for stock ordering and performance of a specific product category. In addition, you will work with a mentor on a challenging project and get to know the managers of our various departments.

• Month 7 to 12: Assistant Manager

Your new responsibilities will be to assist the Store Manager in all operational aspects of the store to maximize business performance: strategically designing the sales floor, adjusting weekly rosters based on sales goals, creating training plans to increase efficiency and develop talent, reviewing store presentation daily and taking action to achieve the highest level. Take a field trip to learn the practices of a store management team outside of your country and apply what you learn in your own store.

Your profile:

• You can start a full-time position on August 24

• You speak English and German, at least at B2 level

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree or are in the process of obtaining one

• You have the right to work on a full-time permanent basis in Germany. We do not sponsor work visa

• You can work weekends and different shifts

• You must be able to move to different cities in Germany, as you will be matched by us to a store and location
