Für unser Team in Metzingen suchen wir ab sofort einen zuverlässigen und kompetenten Gruppenleiter (m/w/d) für die Sakko-Fertigung in Vollzeit.

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von 20 Mitarbeitenden
• Steuerung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts
• Einsatzplanung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der Abläufe in der eigenen Gruppe
• Unterstützung der Schnittstellen bei der Lösung komplexer Verarbeitungsmethoden
• Verantwortung für die störungsfreie Bereitstellung und Wartung der Betriebsmittel
• Pflege der produktionsrelevanten Daten, Erstellen von Auswertungen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
• Teilnahme an und ggf. Führung von Projekten
• Entwicklung neuer Prototypen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der betrieblichen Leistungs- und Qualitätsvorgaben
• Betreuung von Auszubildenden

Das ist dein Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Bekleidungstechnik, alternativ Techniker mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung und erste Führungserfahrungen
• Fundiertes Produktwissen in textilen Produktionsprozessen und detailliertes Verständnis des Entstehungsprozesses eines Sakkos
• Kompetenz zur Mitarbeiterführung und Entwicklung 
• Fähigkeit, funktionsübergreifend zu arbeiten und starke Beziehungen zwischen verschiedenen Schnittstellen aufzubauen
• Ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsfähigkeit 
• Hohe Praxisorientierung, Flexibilität und Organisationsfähigkeit, um parallel zum Tagesgeschäft an unterschiedlichsten Projekten zu arbeiten
• Hohes Maß an digitaler Kompetenz und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Anforderungen der Kommunikation; routinierter Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse

Für unser vollautomatisiertes Logistikzentrum am Standort Filderstadt suchen wir ab dem Frühjahr bzw.  Sommer 2024 einen engagierten Mechatroniker / Servicetechniker / Logistics Technician (m/w/d). Es erwartet dich ein motiviertes Team, mit dem du gemeinsam für die Lager-, Förder- und Kommissioniersysteme im größten Logistikzentrum von HUGO BOSS verantwortlich bist. Für deine Tätigkeit wirst du sorgfältig eingearbeitet. Der Vertrag ist unbefristet.

• Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit der Lager-, Förder- und Kommissioniersysteme im laufenden Betrieb
• Planung und Steuerung vorbeugender Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen nach DIN 31051
• Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten und Reparaturen
• Ersatzteilmanagement
• Erkennen, Analysieren, Beseitigen und Dokumentieren von Anlagenstörungen
• Fortlaufende Optimierung von Anlagen und Prozessen
• Mitarbeit in diversen Projekten

Das ist dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Mechatroniker / Betriebselektriker / Techniker oder vergleichbar, idealerweise in (teil-) automatisierten Logistikzentren oder Produktionsbetrieben
• Technisches Geschick bei der Durchführung von Reparaturarbeiten
• Kenntnisse in SPS (Siemens S7) und übergelagerten Steuerungstechniken / IT-Systemen wünschenswert
• Selbstständige, teamorientierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

We are looking for a motivated Pattern Designer / Pattern Maker (m/f/d) for our Product Division Denim & Leisure Trousers who likes to make a difference and drive things forward. What you can expect:

• Independent initial and production cutting in 2D with Assyst and 3D according to creative specifications. Further development up to production release, taking into account quality specifications and processing costs
• Creation of 3D simulations for development through to the digital showroom
• Support in 3D to interfaces and colleagues
• Execution of fittings with 3D simulations and real prototypes
• Development of new fits according to fashion and quality specifications
• Assessing grading in relation to target groups
• Creation of production documents in PLM and Illustrator
• Ensuring and supervising prototypes and salesman samples in terms of quality, workmanship and fit
• Participation in projects
• Working closely with technical product development, vendor, and design

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a garment engineer and/or technician
• Ideally, at least 3 years of professional experience as a pattern designer in pattern creation with Assyst 
• Expertise in cutting, production and processing techniques in merchandise product development
• Very good expertise in 3D product development, creating 3D style simulations, performing virtual fittings and working via 3D collaboration platforms. Optimally knowledge of Vidya Assyst and/or CLO3D
• Good knowledge in industrial processing, product costing
• Strong communication skills and very good written and spoken English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP/PDM
• Open, competent and confident appearance, as well as assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
